1) Organizer
MicrolearningCONF is organized by 7TAPS OPCO, LLC (“7taps”, “Organizer”), located at: 700 S. Rosemary Ave, Suite 204, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, USA.
2) Eligibility and Registration
MicrolearningCONF is a virtual event intended for business professionals. No purchase or payment is required to register or participate.
The Organizer may refuse, restrict, or revoke access to the Event at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Event.
3) Event Communications and Marketing Consent
By registering for MicrolearningCONF, you agree to receive communications from 7taps, including:
registration confirmations and access instructions
Event reminders and updates
post-event follow-ups
information about future MicrolearningCONF events and other relevant 7taps events, resources, or offers
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in such emails. Operational or Event-related messages (such as access and attendance information) may still be sent as needed.
4) Company Identification and Event Participation Lists
By registering for MicrolearningCONF, you acknowledge and agree that the Organizer may identify your company as a participating organization.
This may include use of your company name and, where available, your company logo, including in connection with:
participant lists
Event recap materials
Event-related marketing or promotional assets
7taps and MicrolearningCONF promotional materials
Company identification may be inferred from the email domain used during registration or other information provided by you. The Organizer will not publish your personal email address or personal contact details.
5) Giveaways and Prize Participation
During or after MicrolearningCONF, the Organizer may run one or more giveaways (“Giveaways”).
By registering for MicrolearningCONF, you agree that you may be included in Giveaways automatically, unless prohibited by law.
Giveaway recipients may be selected based on:
randomized selection
participation or engagement (as determined by the Organizer)
other criteria chosen by the Organizer at its sole discretion
The Organizer is not obligated to award any prizes to any individual participant, and participation does not guarantee receipt of a prize.
6) Winner Notification and Prize Claim
If you are selected to receive a prize, the Organizer may notify you via email after the Event.
To receive a prize, you may be required to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details. If you do not respond with the requested information within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited without further notice and an alternate recipient may be selected.
7) Shipping and Delivery Limitations
Where prizes require delivery, the Organizer may ship prizes only to locations it is able to service based on operational territories, location limitations, carrier restrictions, or other logistical constraints.
The Organizer is responsible for dispatching prizes but is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
incorrect address or recipient details
carrier issues, delays, or service disruptions
customs or import restrictions
circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control
8) Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted. All prizes are awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10) Modifications, Suspension, and Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate MicrolearningCONF, any Giveaways, or these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, your participation in MicrolearningCONF constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
participation in the Event
access issues, technical failures, or service interruptions
acceptance, use, or inability to use any prize
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13) Third-Party Platforms
MicrolearningCONF may be promoted or hosted using third-party platforms. MicrolearningCONF is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform.
