How to manage your subscription, find invoices, and billing history

Here's how to access your invoices and billing information in 7taps.

Accessing billing information

  1. Log into your 7taps account

  2. Click the menu icon in the top right corner

  3. Select "My subscription"

  4. Click "Manage subscription"

On this page, you'll find:

  • Your current subscription details

  • Payment method information

  • Billing information

  • Complete invoice history

Viewing invoice history

Your invoice history appears at the bottom of the subscription management page, showing:

  • Invoice dates

  • Payment amounts

  • Payment status

  • Service period

Managing your subscription

From the same page, you can also:

  • Update your payment method

  • Change billing information

  • View subscription renewal date

  • Cancel your subscription if needed

(click 'My subscription')

Note: Only account owners and administrators have access to billing information and subscription management.
